INGood location. Many restaurants and grocery stores around. Property is clean and has Netflix with children channel. There are two parking spots. Close access to toll way. Owner are kind and very responsive.
The is no microwave. No place to hang washed clothes dry. Please have option for cash deposit (especially for foreigner)

MYMYMYNear to family house in block C2. Lot's of amenity nearby. Clean toilet.
Condition of house is very bad. It looks like a house that used to rent as a dormitary. Owner already informed that aircond in the living room is not working, but we did not expect they have sealed the sliding door connecting to balcony. No air circulation at all and atmosphere was very suffocating. Overall condition looks really worn out.
