Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung sind sehr gut. Obwohl an einer größeren Straße gelegen sehr ruhig, mit kleinem ,mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestatteten Balkon in einen grünen Hof. Gutes Bett , Verdunkelungsvorhänge , gut möbliert. Gutes WLAN, sauber.

Der Vermieter war nicht zu erreichen bei Problemen mit dem Schlüsselsafe und sonstigen Anliegen. Er war offensichtlich lange Zeit nicht vor Ort gewesen angesichts des überquellenden Briefkastens. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers ,bzw der Apparat sowie die Kaffeemaschine funktionieren nicht. Für die Schweizer Stecker gibt es keine Adapter für Föhn und Bügeleisen etc, keinerlei Haken , Garderobe oder sonstige Möglichkeiten, Kleidung und Handtücher aufzuhängen, Küche sehr unzureichend ausgestattet (lediglich 2 kleine Töpfe ), kein Geschirrtuch, Wischlappen, Handfeger. Im Winter Recht kalt da es für die ganze Wohnung nur einen winzigen Heizkörper gibt, Bad ohne Abzug und Heizung, Badewannenbelag sehr abgenutzt.

Location and price were good for a stay.

The communication was lagging. There was missing supplies compared to the listed items (only soap in bathroom)

Extremely helpful and communicative owner, very clean apartment with all possible amenities, superb garden view and location. We are more than pleased and will gladly visit again!

Las camas estaban muy bien.

La cocina muy pequeña y sin apenas utensilios, ni bayeta,ni trapos de cocina, muy abandonado el servicio.

Ricardo the host was gracious enough to allow us to leave luggage in the room earlier than check-in. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've had so far in our 12 weeks away.

I would ask the owner Ricardo If he would be happy to take his partner to some accommodation he'd booked, only to find:- 1. there was barely a 1/2 a toilet role for 2 people for two nights; 2. there was no dish cloth or tea towel to properly clean up any dishes they'd used, 3. there was no bath soap to even wash themselves with when showering. If you want to get good ratings for your accommodation, go stay in someone else's rental apartment and see they at the minimum, provide the basic necessities any travellers' should enjoy for the money they've paid. The best accommodation places provide these simple things, but even more. They will leave out a supply of coffee and tea, even milk and some complimentary fruit or biscuits. They will ensure there is ample kitchen facilities and most importantly, they will always ensure there is sufficient toilet paper and a reasonable supply of bathing soap for customers to use. My advice is if you want to improve ratings then pay attention to this small detail. As a traveller it is very disappointing to find this situation.
