Тихий красивый район. На удивление не было проблем с парковкой. Очень тихо. Рядом есть все необходимое.

Для тех кому важно лучше знать, что получаете совершенно другие апартаменты. Они той же площади но совершенно отличаются по дизайну. По комфорту врядли есть отличия. Для меня слишком мягкий матрас.

Для тех, кто подбирает жилье по таким критериям как безопасность, чистота и комфорт- это идеальный вариант. Окна квартиры защищены холмом и это придает спокойствия. В квартире идеальная чистота и есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, а сам дом расположен в элитном квартале столицы. Небольшой продовольственный магазин есть на 1м этаже дома, супермаркет побольше- в 10 минутах ходьбы. Хозяйка очень приветлива, все время на связи. Моя оценка 10+

Clean, well situated, well equiped fresh when weather too hot. Wi-Fi not the best but all the rest is very good.
