Emerald Valley Apartments

The apartment was just perfect: spacious, comfortable, and cozy, with an ideal mix of functionality and aesthetics. We had everything we needed, including a bed and bowls for our dog. Nice finishing touches and a lot of well-thought-out details added to the charm and our feeling of being at home. The great view of the mountains in the background and conversations with our friendly host only enhanced our experience. Additionally, there were so many things to see and do in the surroundings: a nice area to walk with a dog, the town center, the Soča River valley, and the Kluže fortress from the First World War. To sum up: our stay was perfect, with every detail carefully considered, making us feel completely at home.

Jana was a great host! Welcomed us with lots of helpful advice and recommendations for our stay. Communal area with pool was lovely and was well stocked with complimentary food and drinks. Great location for walking to local restaurants and bars.

Apartment was nice but the bedroom was slightly on the small side with one side up against the wall. The communal area worked really well until a larger group took over and were extremely inconsiderate playing loud music and shouting late into the evening, so we felt uncomfortable accessing it just being a couple. The noise got worst when they moved inside at midnight so we got very little sleep that night. Completely appreciate however that we were unlucky in this instance and it was out of the control of the host. Jana the next day spoke to the guests so it didnt happen again and arranged beer tasting at a local brewery as an apology.

The apartment on the top floor was very nice and spacious for our family of 5. I appreciated fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer as we were travelling for 2 weeks and this was our last accommodation. The view from big windows was gorgeous. We enjoyed our small terrace and swimming pool. What was very special and extraordinary was the attention and hospitality of Jana. She was there every morning to prepare fresh croissants or pancakes. ❤️ She helped us with booking our rafting trip and recommended all the activities in the Soča Valley. Even it was raining for the last 2 days of our stay we enjoyed it very much. Thank you. I can highly recommend the Emerald Valley Apartments.
