Such a lovely stay – highly recommend this gem! 1. Katarina was an amazing host – super welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. She really made us feel at home. 2. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. It was cozy, well-equipped, and clearly well taken care of. 3. The outdoor area was amazing! There’s a great kitchen setup with a grill and fridge, a nice pool, and everything is decorated with so much charm. It felt like our own private retreat. 4. Katarina also gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. She was always available and happy to help. Honestly, this place was such a great find. I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a wonderful host. Don’t miss this gem!

Everything was perfect!

Very friendly host and nice and cosy appartment

We had a beautiful view from our apartment. It’s furnished in a modern, tasteful manner, while also honoring the character of its location. The host was very helpful, even assisted us in organizing our hike on the Soča Trail and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.

The owners are extremely kind and nice and really look after their guests.

We were so pleased we chose Emerald Valley Apartments for our stay in Bovec. The hosts Katerina and Tadej were so friendly and helpful and full of local advice and recommendations to ensure we made the most out of our short stay. From off the beaten track waterfalls, walks, restaurants, Mountain top sunsets - we packed it all in! Katerina also kindly organised a rafting trip for us in advance of our stay, so this took the stress out of organising something last minute. A definite highlight of the trip. The apartments have been beautifully furnished to a high spec, carefully thought out and lovely extra details to ensure a comfortable stay including the communal outside kitchen/BBQ with fresh fruit, ice creams and beers for guests and a lovely inviting pool area to chillout after a day exploring. I would 100% recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. You won't be dissappointed.

The host! Did all they can to make us feel at home away from home. The apartment was small but new and functional. The pool was great.

We had the 3 bedroom apartment at the top of the house. Every window looked out on to a different mountain. The scenery is stunning. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and is decorated to a high standard with very good taste. The air con was very good (and you needed it this summer with temps between 30-35C. Katrina and Tadj who own and run Emerald Apartments are the kindest and most generous hosts I've ever stayed with. Nothing is a problem and they provide so many little extras for free (breakfast, ice cream, beer, picnics). But most of all they have an excellent local knowledge of the area and will enable you to get away from it and discover the real beauty of mountains and rivers.

There was honestly nothing that I would have changed. Everything exceeded expectations.
