The property is located in the city center and its very convenient. The place has all necessary items including coffee, tea, water, shampoo, conditioner. The room and bathroom are very clean. There is a huge terrace with cozy lights for the evening-night time. Its the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights.

It does not have a lift - if you go with family or elderly people you need to consider this fact.

Great location! Walking distance to everything, many different choices of restaurants and a stone's throw away from the park.

This is a wonderful terraced upstairs apartment in Breda's Centrum district. It has space to sleep 6, a nice kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Secure parking was available for 10 Euros/night. The host bought and brought us fans the day after an unseasonably hot day.

Like many properties in the Netherlands, this one doesn't have air conditioners. It also doesn't have the upper windows that you can open, like many properties. There is a door to the terrace and a large window you can prop open. This, of course, means that you will have some bugs and such enter throughout the night. The property has a lot of charm and plenty of sleeping spots. However, there is limited storage space for suitcases because of the many small items placed throughout the apartment.
