"It looks great on the pictures, but disappoints when actually lived in"

The place is fairly new and is well located (lots of groceries, coffee shops and pharmacies around)

It is not very clean. Stains on the couch and kitchen chair, dusty furniture and floors. Water in the shower keeps switching to tap, while you are taking a shower. No supply of toilet paper and napkins.
