Зручне розташування, до центру пішки повільно пів години) поряд є всі всі магазини що треба, досить зручна парковка. Сучасний дизайн, з дитиною зручно, бо навіть крісло до годування є) Є балкончик, для кавусі ввечері атмосферка відмінна)

"Зручно, гарне розташування, новобудова з парковкою"

Комфортне зручне ліжко. Можливо вже час замінити подушки, а так все ок. Зручне розташування, є де припаркувати авто. Поруч Ашан, кофейні. І виявилось, що достатньо близько від центру. Пішки ми дійшли за 20 хвилин не поспішаючи до Оперного.

Не вистачає москітної сітки) бо після провітрювання ввечері прийшлось гоняти комарів та жучків))
