Неймовірний вигляд з балкону, а в наших реаліях великим плюсом є наявність безперебійного світла. Також підігрів підлоги у ванній кімнаті та по всій квартирі. Є кондиціонер, в загальному у квартирі тепло.

Запах каналізації у ванній.
