The flat was clean when we arrived and it is located in a small quiet street with possibilities to park your car. The beach is close to reach by car and you have a small supermarket nearby.

The owner was not reachable at all when we arrived, neither per phone, nor per mail.. he replied 2 days later The VIEW is not at all the one shown on the pictures since there is now a building being built just in front The furnitures and domestic appliances are all really old and many things are normt working properly - the shutters don't work properly - the window is the bathroom doesn't close - the door of the fridge and of the waschine do 't close good - Wireless signal is really low - Wlan Signal ist sehr niedrig - Kühlschrank schließt nicht gut - the matress and the couch look really old - one lamp had no bubble light.. Some on the above mentioned points have already been reviewed by clients in the past. If you add all those littles issues together, it makes your stay definitely less good as expected,

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut auch wenn der Ausblick durch einen Neubau verbaut wurde.

Es war nicht sauber. Möbel wie Küche und Sofa sind arg in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage hat funktioniert.

čistota priestorov- hlavne sedačka a čalúnené stoličky v kuchyni potrebujú vyčistiť, " nevoňalo tam čistotou", na sedačke a stoličkách v kuchyni sme nesedeli ani raz počas pobytu špinavé boli i podušky na stoličkách na terase, práčku som využila hneď na vypratie čalúnených podušiek a vankúšov na sedačke, sporák na plyn sme ani nezapojili, keď sme videli prípojku do domu, posteľná bielizeň a matrac boli čisté, takisto kúpeľňa a kuchyňa boli čisté a preto sme sa neobrátili vo dverách a dali šancu apartmánu, matrac vyležaný, nepohodlný, nefunkčné elektrické zásuvky - v spálni trčia drôty, zbytočnosti v šuplíkoch v kuchyni, vchodové dvere sa ťažko otvárali a zamykali a iné maličkosti, ktoré kazili celkový dojem z pobytu

Zelo mirna lokacija, zelo prostoren apartma, vse delujoče.

Priznam, nisva bila pozorna ali ima apartma skrinjo. Malo sva jo pogrešala ampak sva se prilagodila.

The apartment is clean, large and comfortable. The location is very quiet and relaxing. The shop nearby is very convenient. The balcony is wonderful.

Some things need fixing, for example the shutters. The cutlery could be improved. A freezer is definitely needed. A new house has been built in front of the apartment so unfortunately we didn't have the full view of the sea that we had the year before. But this is not a fault, it is just that the building in the area should be regulated.
