Flexible check-in, easy communication via phone and Viber. Lots of flowers — very beautiful. Everything is very clean; the place is cleaned daily while you're out. Fresh towels and trash removal are provided. Great location — close to a bus stop, with a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. The photos match reality. The host lives on the second floor and responds quickly. There’s a place to dry your clothes.

Payment is cash only. The location on Booking is incorrect, which can be confusing and easy to get lost in Budva. Laundry is available in the building for €5. Only bath towels are provided in the room — no beach towels. The Wi-Fi was unreliable — it disconnected every evening after 9 PM and only came back around 8:30 AM. You’ll need to go to a tourist point yourself to pay the tourist tax. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared for some difficulty. There’s construction happening near the apartment. You can clearly hear the neighbors. The shower was leaking.

L'appartement est bien positionné par rapport à la plage, aux boutiques, aux resto et à 45 minutes à pied du vieux centre. Bon accueil, confortable et très propre. Il est très bien isolé à l'intérieur de la route lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées.

Proximité avec la route très passante, avec du bruit lorsque l'on est sur le balcon.
