Garden House Budva

We booked a “private apartment with a pleasant garden view.” This turned out to be a bedroom with a bathroom in a shared apartment where the trash was overflowing and not emptied for several days. The kitchen and living room had to be shared with other residents. There was a sewage smell on the balcony, which also overlooked a parking lot with festival toilets. We had booked an apartment with one double bed and one single bed. The room we got had two single beds and a sofa bed, which was also dirty and worn. The host was unaccommodating and did not give us a key to the gate at the main entrance, which meant we had to climb over the fence to get in and out. We were not informed that the gate would be locked at certain times, and there was no information about this on the notice board. When we spoke to other residents, they had received a key, but we had not. I called the host, who denied that the gate was locked. We informed the host that this was not what we had booked, but were told to take it up directly with the booking service. Safe to say we did not get what we ordered. 10/10 do NOT recommend!!

The location is good,close to the beaches and bars.

They will charge you a clening fee of 25 euros on top of your accomidation amount which is total crap and no one else does that.The kitchen is small and gets super hot if the stowe is used for more then 20 minutes,plus the rooms are small and if its crowded you wont be able to sleep good.Over all not worth the price..

Good repair, location, air conditioning

Among the photographs of the hotel room there was a photograph of a separate kitchen; we expected it to be available, but it was not there. The heating device included a plastic pot, which spoiled the taste of the drinks, because... it's toxic plastic. It would be great if the Turk was replaced with a metal one. Instead of a garden, there was construction under the windows, so we couldn’t enjoy relaxing on the balcony. Garden furniture on the balcony requires repair. The room lacked a soft double blanket, instead there were 2 scratchy blankets for 1 person and a blanket similar to a towel, also for 1 person.
