Everything is perfect. It exceeded my expectations by far. All very new and of high quality. Very well equipped. If this is my apartment I would really hasitate to rent it. Location, parking, price ratio, everything is perfect.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the location is good for those who want to spend time in Budva. The kitchen is convenient.

For people like us who wanted to explore the entire area, it was very inconvenient to enter and exit Budva due to traffic jams and parking difficulties. No one from the apartment came to greet us, and it took us a long time to find it and to figure out the complicated way to access the parking. We wasted many long-distance phone calls before we finally found the apartment key and the parking card. We were asked to leave cash for payment, and it was not possible to pay by credit card.

Дуже гарне розташування. Біля пішохідної зони та гарного ресторану. 3хв від моря, 5 від старого міста. В квартирі є все що потрібно. Гарний вид.

Не було мікрохвильовки. Для нас було не принципово. Але може комусь треба. Пляж дуже брудний. Прям дуже. Сидіти гидко. Місцеві коти (а їх там багато))) зробили собі там туалет))) бачили коли йшли по набережній. Треба йти на інший пляж. Там вода чиста і гарні краєвиди

Great host and the location was stellar

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, just a short walk to both the beaches and the old town, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. What really stood out though was the host’s kindness. I accidentally left a personal item in the apartment and I've realised it while I was on my way to the Podgorica airport. When I let her know, she went out of her way to bring it all the way from Budva to Podgorica Airport in just two hours! She could have easily ignored my message, but instead she helped without hesitation. I’m honestly so grateful. Highly recommend this place, not just for the location and comfort, but also for the amazing hospitality. Thank you again!
