Apartments the centre of Budva, Montenegro

had a really nice stay there. it's located in a quiet place, there are nice restaurants around, and the beach and the popular tourist attractions are in walking distance. the apartment is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the balcony, having breakfast or chilling in the evening with a great view. there are no addresses in Budva, but the location instructions were given very detailed, so it was easy to find the apartment. the owner and her daughter were very helpful, they speak Montenegrin, English, and Russian. I had a nice experience and would stay here again!

the balcony door in the kitchen wasn't fully closing. had to put an armchair there at a stormy night to avoid accident opening.

La posizione è buona per raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e la Stari Grad.

Si parla di parcheggio pubblico in loco: in realtà il parcheggio del condominio non è mai disponibile (le macchine sono ammucchiate nel cortile, anche sui marciapiedi) e neanche nelle vie intorno è possibile parcheggiare. La proprietaria di casa, il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, alle 19:30, ha bussato a casa per dirci che dovevamo recarci di persona alle poste per fare la registrazione al comune e pagare la tassa di soggiorno (le poste chiudevano alle 20:00, quindi abbiamo dovuto correre). In tutti gli altri appartamenti in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Montenegro, è stato il proprietario ad occuparsi della registrazione (noi non siamo mai dovuti andare di persona). Inoltre, l’appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore di un condominio non proprio curato. Infine, al terzo giorno (di 5 totali di pernottamento), a causa di un guasto al primo piano, la proprietaria ci ha detto che non potevamo usare bagno e doccia, e ci ha invitato a lasciare l’appartamento e a trovarne un altro in autonomia, oppure a fare la doccia e usare il water a casa sua. Ovviamente ci ha offerto il rimborso per le notti non godute, quindi su questo nulla da dire. Ma il tutto è avvenuto alle 15:30 di un sabato di agosto, mettendoci in difficoltà nel cercare un’altra sistemazione (che poi per fortuna abbiamo trovato).

My experience was excellent! The owner is extremely attentive and generous, and the accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is also great, very close to the bus station and major tourist attractions.

Cosy apartment with a nice balcony. Host was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Good size kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Good location as you can walk everywhere you need to go easily.
