Centar New Loki Apartments

While the "New" Loki Apt. boasts a convenient location relative to the Old Town and the beach, it disappoints in terms of value for money—much like Montenegro as a whole. There is absolutely nothing "new" about this apartment. There is no sea view—only a view of unfinished buildings, accompanied by construction noise even on weekends (see photo). Furthermore, a pigeon was nesting on the air conditioning unit for the bedroom, robbing us of our sleep. The mattresses are completely worn out. Not even the broken and missing lightbulbs had been replaced (see photo). There was insufficient lighting for shaving at the bathroom cabinet mirror. The hot water tank was leaking, and—unnoticed by us—soaked a toiletry bag in the bathroom (see photo). The shower is completely covered in mold. The living area lacks windows and receives natural light only through a glass door leading to the bedroom (see photo). The barrier for the parking space looks like something straight out of Tito's era—yet they still charge €10 per day for it. The entire apartment is a cash cow in its final throes. Payment is always required in cash, but without a receipt—as is customary in Montenegro. Never again!

Daire sahibi bizi girişte karşıladı gayet nazikti kaldığımız daire de 2 aile için uygundu ancak yatakların bazılarından ses geliyordu.
