NEW Center Apartments

Fourth time in Nis. The location of the apartment is very close to the main pedestrian road. The parking is possible near, but you need a Serbian SIM card. For us was ok because the host did it for us. It's well decorated and cozy. The communication with the host was easy and we met in front of the building in order to give us the keys.

I put 7 because they haven't provide us with bedsheets for our son, Thankfully we are always prepared for that kind of situations, and since we are traveling by car, we have always a spare. Otherwise it could be 8+

Excellent location and access for parking. Great to have supermarket next door and great restaurants, cafes and a park for kids. Located on second floor so easy to access without lift. Great communication and easy key pick up/drop off. Good value for money. Host also organised street parking to be paid for us.

Sleeping arrangements in living room was not sofa bed, but instead just two single couches with linen. Rug in living room was dirty and we needed to purchase slippers after one day of dirty socks. Coffee table found broken on arrival. The apartment is also very noisy due to neighbouring apartments and being on the street/above entrance.

The place is nice, the owner is very kind, you have everything you need, and the location is perfect! I was hoping that there would be a coffee machine in the studio apartment as well, even brought my own capsules, but there wasn't one. Definitely recommend the place.
