Trebala sam poslovno da putujem za Nis, u toku voznje, manje od 1.5 sata do Nisa, dobila sam obavestenje na SMS da je pukla cev u stanu i da je stan poplavljen i da na zalost ne mogu da me prime u apratman. Bez ponude i preporuke alternativnog smestaja. trazila sam da mi dokumentuju slikama - nisam dobila odgovor.
