A very clean and well presented apartment, which has everything for a comfortable stay.

Very helpful owner and charming. Went out of their way to make sure we had everything and understood how things worked. Apartment spotless and in excellent condition. The breakfast was extensive and, if anything, over catered for. Access with lift and parking private and off road. We can't find fault and hope to stay in the Autumn again, thank you Mimmo.

We were met at the property by our Hosts, who showed us every aspect of the property and where the parking was located as we were hiring a car to get around and explore the area. Our Hosts went out of their way to help us, which we were most grateful for, as public transport is very sparse and restricted. Our break included a continental type breakfast which had more choice than we expected. We had an excellent quiet break which is what we required after a hectic year. The Apartment is quiet with a small balcony, enough for 2 people comfortably.

From day one we felt like being at home. The reason is that everything you can think of and then some more was already in there. I don't want to name all the items but it's just amazing how the owner went an extra mile in providing things that people need on their vacation. A LOT of food and drinks awaited us in the fridge and the kitchen. Of course we purchased our own food, but there was stuff for the whole week. Oria is also a perfect spot for exploring the southern part of Apulia (Puglia).
