"Heel fijn appartement"

Heel erg fijn appartement, aan alle details gedacht en bedden sliepen heerlijk. Ligt midden in het centrum, alles is op loop afstand (zoals de toren van pisa)

Denk er wel aan dat er 6 trappen zijn die je op en af moet.

assolutamente nulla

posizione centrale ma fronte università e su via di passaggio notturno, di fronte a centro raccolta rifiuti quindi la notte non si dorme prima per gli schiamazzi poi per i camio che ritirano l' immondizia! il gestore molto poco serio! ci ha fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno pure per il bimbo di 9 anni se il comune la prevede solo per i maggiori di 16! ci ha obbligato a dormire con le finestre aperte (con relativo ulteriore disagio acustico notturno) inventando che sempre il comune autorizza l' accensione dell' aria condizionata solo dal primo giugno( assolutamente falso)! fa pagare uno sproposito per delle pulizie varamente superficiali !

Appartamento molto bello, pulito e con tutto in ordine. Ideale per una famiglia o gruppo di 3 persone. Proprietario molto gentile e facilmente accessibile. L’unico problemino è al terzo piano ma se venite per salire sulla torre di Pisa non è un gran che. Lo consigliamo caldamente.
