Condomínio pequeno, tranquilo. Apartamento aconchegante, limpo, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Infelizmente haviam muitas formigas, sempre, mesmo limpando. Segundo informado, o motivo é uma construção ao lado do condomínio.
