Arta Apartments City Center

Clean, comfortable, has all needed facilities. Host is very nice, AC in every room, Washing machine in bathroom, very cozy. Close to all city sights, super nice place.

Noise outside sometimes at night time , tourists outside walking and sometimes speaking loudly.

Lokacija, opremljenost, čistoča in možnost parkiranja, vse je bilo odlično.

Bili smo v spodnjem apartmaju, strop je slabo izoliran in zgornji sosedje so bili celo noč precej razposajeni, zato nismo kaj dosti spali.

Man hat uns per Wattsapp am Abend vor unserer Abreise mitgeteilt, dass wir noch bis 24:00 Uhr den Parkplatz verlassen müssen, wir ansonsten nicht mehr rausgelassen werden können!! Zudem hat man versucht uns zu erklären, dass wir für den Parkplatz nicht bezahlt hätten, man ihn uns nur kostenfrei als Zusatz zur Verfügung stelle. Das war natürlich gelogen, was wir beweisen konnten. Der "Tonfall" per WhatsApp war eine Frechheit. Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus. Kann man nicht weiterempfehlen. Schade, da das Appartement an sich in Ordnung war.

Very central and well equipped apartment!

The building was restructured but you hear the people of the apartment above very well.. the first night we woke up just with the steps of the neighbors.

Thanks the hosts to be quick responsive, we've made a special request to book one more night because of the storm. The host was quick to respond and communicate, also arrange another accommodation for us in last minute

the steps to the bathroom and one of the rooms were quite big. Unfortunately I injured my knee before arrival and it's not convenient for me to go to the bathroom easliy

Location is very good. Apartment is really good equiped and spacious.

You cannot reach building with car. Almost there is no natural light in apartment, during day you need lights.
