The location was absolutely excellent—close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area. The apartment itself was huge, offering plenty of space to spread out and relax, which made our stay so much more comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the layout made it feel like a true home away from home. The spaciousness was ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and it was great for traveling as a group or family.

The only downside was that the apartment smelled like cigarettes, which wasn’t very pleasant and took away from the otherwise great experience. It’s something I hope can be addressed for future guests. Also, it’s located a few stories up, which might be a consideration for those with mobility issues, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, these were minor issues compared to all the positives.

The location is fantastic, you can see the arena from the bedroom windows. Access was very straightforward with a keypad and lockbox arrangement. When I asked about parking the response was very quick. The shower is extremely powerful and we had hot water throughout our stay. This is a good budget option for visiting Pula.

The kitchen facilities are pretty limited in terms of utensils, chopping boards and knives etc. No tea, coffee or toiletries which are fairly common at most apartments. The table cloth had lots of rips in it and there were a few bugs when we made up the sofa bed. The property has so much potential, it has two decent sized bedrooms and a good sized bathroom just tired furniture and decor.

Location.

The apartment was not clean. There was dust and spider webs everywhere, there was a significant amount of dust under the beds. It was clear the apartment had not been throughly cleaned in a long while. There was also a smell of mold in the building.
