Apartments Arena

Everything is excellent

We stayed in the studio apartment on the first floor. We were looking for somewhere to stay at short notice after our catamaran had been cancelled due to bad weather. Check-in was easy through a secure key box and we could already check in quite early. The location is great - right next to the arena and marina. The room is spacious and you have what you need for a short stay. I didn’t have any issues with the electric hob, kettle or any other facilities. Air con worked fine, although we didn’t need to use it much. Also surprisingly quiet. Windows are well insulated from the street noise.

The shower could do with some modernisation and the one shower door was missing. It was still possible to shower and keep the water in though. Toilet flush isn’t very powerful.

Great location-

Smelled like cigarettes Run down- bathroom shower head broken, kept slipping down. Drain in shower clogged. Mold in shower

The apartment was at very convenient place, literally next door to Arena.

My friends and I arrived to the apartment at 21.00, got changed very quickly to attend the concert at the Arena, which started at 2130. When we returned back from the outing around 2.30 in the morning we discovered that someone entered apartment and went through all our bags, opened every draw and wardrobe and shattered all our personal belongings around the floor. It was obvious that the thief was after the money. It was the big misters how did someone entered the apartment, as there was no signs of a breakage through the entrance door. Possibly from the balcony, or maybe someone entered the apartment through the front door as that door was unlock upon our initial arrival. The owner was contacted and he attended to us immediately. It was a very scary experience.

The location and the apartment were nice. There are shops and sites to see in walking distance for sure. There was plenty of paid street parking available. The AC was so great! bed was comfortable. The rope handrail was very cute. Two bedrooms upstairs, couches, kitchen / dining and bathroom on main floor.

I wish the manager had explained this street gets closed off almost nightly for events at the arena. He wanted us to drive backwards down the one way street to get to the house which I was super worried about. In. the end it was fine, but it was frustrating trying to figure out. And frustrating that it wasn’t explained upfront.
