Lovely 1betroom apartment near the beach

The apartment was perfect for our needs. There is one bedroom and a couch (but I wouldn't recommend using the couch as a bed). A great balcony for eating dinner and watching the sunset. The kitchen is small, but perfect for light meal making during your stay. There is a bus stop and a couple restaurants a few minutes walk away. A small grocery store is about a 5 minute walk at the end of the road. The nearest beach is maybe a 15 minute walk. It is a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe there. It is out of the touristy part of town, but easy to rent a scooter or take the bus into the main area of Larnaca. There is also a washing machine and drying rack to make packing lighter.

The stove/oven are electric and there is a main switch to turn them on, but it was hidden by other items on the opposite end of the counter. It took us a while to figure out this, a small sign on the wall above would be helpful. The mattress is very firm, which is great for some people and not for others but that is a preference and not a con of the place. The bathroom ceiling is lower than the other ceilings, so taller people may feel the shower is a tight space.

Nice comfortable apartment with a large balkony in quiet place, near the sea - 10 minutes walk.

.Everything was nice, maybe it needs a bit more cleanliness. Perfect for couples, but if you need one more sleeping place for third person - the sofa is not nice for sleeping.

The place was dirty, and the towels were not clean. The property really needs renovation and proper cleaning. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take photos since it’s my first time leaving negative feedback, but the apartment is definitely not clean.

Posizione comoda in un zona tranquilla. Rappresenta un giusto compromesso se si vuole spendere poco e alloggiare al sud lontano dal caos. Appartamento attrezzato del necessario: lavatrice, utensili da cucina, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata.

Host totalmente assente, abbiamo provato a contattarlo diverse volte senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Appartamento poco curato, sporco con sedie rotte, crepe e macchie nel muro. Doccia mal funzionante per un paio di giorni. Non è una struttura che consiglierei affatto
