Great comms from the host prior to arrival. Accommodation was more spacious than expected, very clean and tidy and very well presented. Excellent value for money.

I can’t think of anything that could have been improved. Maybe the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but no sofa beds are - we knew what to expect!

Lovely spacious accommodation. Bedroom, shower room, kitchen with table for dining, lounge & sunroom. There was a small garden for the summer months.

Good communication with the owners, very dog-friendly! Nice courtyard garden, good parking. Bed in the main bedroom comfortable.

The sofa bed is absolutely not usable. We only stayed for one night, and our friends took the sofa bed as they had to leave early, but they ended up putting the mattress on the floor after five minutes because they simply could not sleep on the sofa bed. Now for one night we could put up with it, but if somebody really stays for longer this - at least for us - would be a real problem. So ok for two people, should not be advertised for four, though. And for two people the price is a bit steep for the night.

It was a lovely kitted out property - I took my mum for one night as we were off to port Lympne hotel the next day. Very comfortable, massive bed - I was going to sleep in the lounge but bed was so big I didn't need to!

The only thing I would say would be bigger towels but that is a very small detail in a great property.
