The location is convenient for town and it’s in a quiet side street. It was generally clean, well maintained and well equipped. Nice bedding and towels. A good shower. It’s spacious and when we had an issue (no tea towel), it was rectified immediately.

We found the main bedroom mattress sagged badly in the middle so was uncomfortable. We didn’t manage to find a parking space nearby overnight for any of the 3 nights of our stay.

Perfect location for my visit to Kent and East Sussex. The place was very clean and exactly as described.

The hosts were very nice.

The only thing that needs improvement is the shower as the water easily spills over.

Lovely house and great host. They allowed us to check in earlier to drop our bags as we had a wedding to attend to. House is great, clean, spacious and with everything you need for a stay. Sadly we only stayed one night but highly recommend this place.

Great location within easy walking distance of town and very near a small Tescos. Well equipped. Good shower. Spacious and light. Nice to have a dishwasher. Quiet.

We stayed 2 years ago and since then it looks like it needs a freshen up generally. The mattress in main room dips a lot in the middle and so it was uncomfortable. It was cold upstairs.

Great quiet house near the Star Inn

The house was very cold when we arrived, and we never figured out the heating (we arrived after midnight). Would be nice to leave the heat on in the wintertime

Lovely & cosy with everything needed. Very clean and comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
