Location was fabulous, apartment provided everything we needed%

The only comment was the bed sheet didn’t fit well and several times during the night we had to refit it. This didn’t cause any issues at all.

I did have difficulty arranging to get the keys to the apartment. There was no answer to several phone calls to the owner and I had to ring Booking.com twice to contact the owner. It wasnt until 19.00 on the day before I arrived that we arranged a time to meet and then there was an extra charge of 30 euros because it was after 18.00. However, once there I was delighted with the 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and very well equipped. Everything was modern and nearly new. It was a very good and comfortable apartment. Also, the owners had left a good welcome back of provisions. The Mare Verde complex doesnt have a reception as the apartments are all privately owned. There is a good swimming pool.

I went from 5 to 13 September and it was too hot. There was a single table mounted fan but no air conditioning and I was sweating night and day.

The apartment was fresh modern and had lots of kitchen utensils supplied and cleaning products. The host was very accommodating with late check outs and check ins. Very easy to communicate with. The apartment itself was in a great location as everything was a 5/10 minute walk. The only thing is there is no air conditioning but we should’ve seen that before hand .
