KALIMA LUXURY PROPERTY Big Terrace

We really liked the area of residence, its really calm and quite there. Apartments have lots of shared space, so you can have dinner all together and etc. There are some good places around to get tasty breakfast. Makes sure you are renting out a car if you stay in this area.

On arrival day our apartments were having very dirty floors because of some sand storm or whatever, so we were cleaning whole apartments more than for 2h on arrival! In the description it was said that there is only 1 isolated room but in fact they are 2! The one has no windows at all but the second one is having a windows but it goes to kitchen. If its +30 by the day time it will be almost not possible to sleep in all the rooms as they do not have AC, for this value of money it should be there and the FANS are not really helping. There are not enough of the kitchen utilities, for 8 ppl you get 2 nonstick pans which are not nonstick anymore because they are very old and 2 pots not the biggest size.

Was not informed pool was shut prior to arrival/upon booking, could have been provided with information about check-out, where to put rubbish etc, 2 bedrooms had no windows but were aware of this upon booking, 2 bathrooms smelled of pipes/sewage

This apartment was absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe how spacious it was, 3 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. 2 rooms didn't have windows, but one of them was really big and with a nice private bathroom.

The communication of the girl who handed the keys over to us was a bit of disappointment. In the smallest room without windows (there are two small windows to the living room) the main light didn't work (only the small one beside the bed). I informed the hosts about the problem, they said it's going to be resolved the next day, but nobody came in a week even to check it, so it was a bit of inconvenience for us sleeping there. The pool was closed too, so it was a pity we couldn't enjoyed it. As well, there is a neigbourgh upstairs which was always complaining about the noise even though we never made parties and just chilled sometimes at the terrace chatting.

Large & spacious and multiple seating/entertaining areas.

Wi-Fi didn’t work at all! Whatever we did we couldn’t get it to work. We had correspondence with the host, who tried to help - but unfortunately no joy! This meant the smart TV was unable to connect to Netflix or other streaming online sites! It was very warm at night in 2 out of the 4 bedrooms. There were no windows in these 2 rooms. The fans provided only circulated warm air. We were warned there would be no air conditioning at the properly, before arrival. however we assumed this would be fine as it was January. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it would be in the warmer summer months! The communal pool was empty, out of use and cordoned off!
