Hice la reserva en Apartamentos el Beril y al llegar a hacer el cheking me dieron las habitaciones en otras instalaciones de por debajo las cuales estaban viejas sucias y llenas de cucarachas no es lo que yo había reservado a través de booking

The property had everything we needed and more.

There is a separate key to access different entrances to the complex and someone of them were just open you can just push and open with a key.
