Ease of communication with host. Clear instructions for check in & out. Quiet street with a small park in front. Conveniently located Lidl nearby. A little private patio to sit out in. Perfect for short stays. We've already booked our next stay for our return trip, which says it all....! (:

Άνετο ημιυπόγειο διαμέρισμα για 2-3 άτομα με όλα τα αξεσουάρ (μεγάλη κουζίνα με φούρνο, μεγάλο ψυγείο, βραστήρας, καφετιέρα γαλλικού και εσπρέσο, τοστιέρα) όσον αφορά την κουζίνα. 2 air condition σε σαλόνι και υ/δ (παλιά μεν αλλά φουλ λειτουργικά) και σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι κεντρική, πολύ κοντά σε super market και στις εξόδους της πόλης προς τα παραλιακά και άλλα μέρη.

Το νούμερο 1 πρόβλημα ήταν ο θόρυβος. Στο πίσω μέρος υπάρχει συνεργείο αυτοκινήτων το οποίο λειτουργεί 8 με 5 (ενίοτε και παραπάνω). Επίσης από πάνω μένουν κάποιοι οι οποίοι τραβάνε έπιπλα ότι ώρα να 'ναι (στάνταρ το μεσημέρι και στάνταρ κατα τις 12 το βράδυ, το δε τελευταίο βράδυ μας εκεί θεώρησαν σκόπιμο να το κάνουν και στις 3 τα ξημερώματα. Η τηλεόραση είναι πολύ μικρή (μάλλον 15") προσωπικά δε με ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα αλλά δε θα ήταν κακό να μπει μια μεγαλύτερη. Το στρώμα στο διπλό κρεβάτι πολύ μέτριο. Για την ακρίβεια είναι 2 στρώματα το ένα πάνω στο άλλο οπότε εξηγείται και η..ισορροπία τους! Το στρώμα του καναπέ/βοηθητικού κρεβατιού, πολύ σκληρό.

I always stay here when I'm in this area. The apartment has everything I need, it's clean, parking is available on the street, supermarket just around the corner and the area is quiet.

It’s just next door to the supermarket. ACs working. Fridge working.

There was a tobacco smell in the room and from the blankets. Then there were artificial aroma sticks. As I do not smoke it did not feel good. Kitchen was a bit short in kitchenware, could not really cook.

Another great stay at this superb apartment, great value, comfortable and clean. On street parking is available in front of the apartment, convenience store 1 minutes on foot.

Much more better than my expectation, much more better than staying in a hotel. Easy to find, clean and comfortable, the kitchen has everything, a supermarket is just behind the house.
