"Clean apartments in a secured area ."

I had arranged with Julio beforehand what time I was arriving , I made a phone call to him when I got there and he was with us within 15 minutes . He explained everything about the apartment , key codes etc . Very friendly guy . You feel safe there as there is a fob to get into the gate and a unique code to enter the apartment. There is a large Mercado supermarket within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

There may be a problem obtaining sun beds & parasols during peak periods .. We were there in November, and by 10 am people were already queueing at the gate .

"Exceptional"

Location was great with all amenities and beach in a 10 minute walk. Bus stop was just around the corner. The appartment was well equipped with plenty of hot water. The Location was quite.

The apartments are located in a very convenient place, close to supermarkets, bus stop, 5min walk to the beach. Large terrace with access to the pool, until lunch the sun shines on it. Despite the central location, the place is very calm. The host allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day.

Some problems with cleanliness - cockroaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen, mold in the shower. The kitchen was missing some small things, so we had to buy a cutting board ourselves, for example.
