Чисто, аккуратно, внимательный владелец, достаточная инфраструктура.

До заезда была только 1 просьба - фен. Фен присутствовал, но он был разбит: не инструмент, а погремушка. Сгорел у меня в руках секунд за 5, собственно и не дул, только грел, себя. Надо сказать, хозяин принял новость спокойно, что приятно, но в итоге сушиться было таки нечем, хотя заранее оговорили.
