The home was nicely decorated. But in my next comment you will see some suggestions.

The kitchen should have some basics: 1) sugar packets for tea or coffee; 2) coffee pods for the machine, at least a few to start the day before you have a chance to shop; 3) paper towels are a necessity in the kitchen; 4) more than 1 dish towel; 5) laundry detergent in the laundry room. Bathrooms: 1) buy quality toilet paper, no one likes the brown recycled toilet paper;, we bought TP and left it there for your use; 2) there are no hand towels in either bathroom and there are no hooks to even hang a hand towel. A hook and 2 hand towels in each bathroom are a must. The towels, although not great quality, were acceptable. Bedrooms: 1) the most important thing is a good night of sleep. The beds are hard, a topper would help a lot; 2) the mattress had no mattress cover which is just unsanitary; 3) but the worse part was that the sheets just slip off the bed as they are not fitted sheets and when you move during the night the sheets come undone and you end up sleeping directly on the mattress. 4) a trash can in each bedroom would be a plus; 5) a full length mirror in the bedrooms would be a smart addition, so that you can do your makeup in the bedroom as you have to share a bathroom. If you want to add a couple bottles of cold water in the refrigerator that would be a big plus!

The apartment is as it’s illustrated on the website. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Braga. The entrance is a bit scary at first site. But trust me it’s very safe, even at night. This will be my Togo place when I visit Portugal.

The shower was a bit difficult only half of the shower is cover and water would be all over the floor at end of shower. A shower curtain would help.

Property was very spacious, clean and close to the forum

The booking was for 5 people. I needed to use the camp bed but it was broken to used the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable as there was a spine running down the centre. I told the man on the first night (was there for 8nights) and he said someone would come first thing to sort. No one came for 2 days then a lady came at 10.30pm at night (my children were in bed) and let herself In! She tried to fix the camp bed. It said it was broken and agreed that the sofa bed was not good to sleep on. She promised to come the following day to sort out but we never saw her again. I have returned home after sleeping on the sofa bed for 8 nights with bruises on my leg and a bad back!
