The host is very responsible and fair.

There were some insects in apartment but I guess it's okay for country-side accomodation.

widow maker shower head , but a common thing in Ecuador it was tricky to get the right temperature but after a time it is easier

it was an apartment small but very cozy and quiet and comfortable. the equipment in the kitchen was new and great as was the cooking stove

view was good it was quiet comfortable

a little out of town but great if you were not going anywhere in a hurry. had to walk up a short hill and if you are impaired physically that may be a challenge with luggage but the proprietor would have helped

The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. I have not realized during the booking that this property is on the outskirts of Loja in country-side setting, on a dirt-road alley. I would not be able to find it alone with my limited knowledge of Spanish. My taxi diver manage to locate it in a phone call with the owners. Then it was easy to get in - lights were on and the key was in the lock (I have arrived late in the evening). At first I was afraid that without a car I would not be able to get anywhere in the city. But in the morning the owners lent me a transit card for the city buses, and there was a bus stop close by with frequent buses (about every 15-20 minutes even on weekends). The free to use washing machine is actually in the owner's brother house next door.

The bathroom was quite confined. I missed a sign with HOSPEDAJE CARIGAN somewhere on the access road to this property.

the access to reach the property it was really stepped and muddy cause it was raining season so I didn’t understand why this owner post it if you even cannot reach the property
