The only positive thing was the excellent location in the center of Lviv.

We were given a completely different apartment from the one shown in the photos. The apartment was dirty, some places were sticky, and the furniture was old and worn out. It was cold inside, and there was no hot water because of a problem with the gas heater, which was only fixed on the second day. The service was very unsatisfactory — they were slow to solve problems but very quick to collect money. I attached in this review some pictures as well.

Дякую, що дали змогу заїхати раніше 14:00

Було дуже брудно… Я навіть не знаю, з чого почати. Настільки брудно, що в якийсь момент захотілося просто нічого не торкатися. Шторка в душі вже фактично згнила. Підставка для зубних щіток — це взагалі окрема історія: на ній шар плісняви завтовшки з палець. Коли зайшла прибиральниця забирати гроші, я почала показувати їй увесь цей жах, а вона робила вигляд, що не розуміє, звідки взявся такий бруд. Коли я показала їй посуд, вона запропонувала мені його помити. Я б і не проти, але чим? До губки страшно торкатися, миючого засобу немає. Взагалі з усього «арсеналу» — лише третина банки рідкого мила. Про шампунь чи гель для душу я навіть не говорю.
