Ruka Chalet Roma

The cabin was very cute, the beds were super comfy, and location great! The lake just outside was a perfect dark spot for spotting the Northern Lights. Would definitely visit again :)

The only downside was the curtains in the bedrooms, these did not block light at all and the street lamps outside are very bright, this distrupted sleep. I can also imagine that during summer when the sun barely sets one might struggle with all the light if they're a light sleeper. Would recommend bringing an eye mask.

Position within the forest close to the lake. It is provided with everything, such as washing machine, sauna, barbecue etc

Beautifully furnished log cabin, spacious, comfortable & everything you would want a log cabin in Lapland to be.

Nothing. Only things that would have been handy are some tea towels & a spare cupboard for keeping your own food in, but that's being very picky.

This is beautiful house: in its bare wood outside it looks wonderful in the forests. It is very comfortable and hot in the house. The inner part is fully equipped: bathroom, two toilet rooms, sauna, washing mashine. There is second floor with lots of spare beds. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with everything to kook in and to eat from. Lovely cristmas tree, and many cristmas things all over the space make it nice and lovely! Loved the fireplace. The Ruka is in 5 minutes walk. There is a product shop. You have a beautiful lake very near the house , with a ski routes through the woods and over the lake. Loved this place! Thanks a lot!

Impeccable quality, clean and peaceful cottage

Fantastic place with plenty of sleeping places, electric sauna, proper kitchen, lots of board games. Also, it was super warm, so don't worry about wooden houses being cold. Check-in and -out was convenient thanks to a key box, so I didn't need to meet the host personally.

Superb cabin! Will definitely book this again. A lot more spacious than what the expectations were. Location is also great and communication with the host was effortless and effective. Value for money 10/10.
