The location was close to the sea and public beach. Public transport was close by and shops were local. The security at the property was very good

The property was on a busy noisy road with no parking at the top of a hill. We did not realise on the 1st floor for people with breathing difficulties this is hard. I had to make sure that I had everything because of the stairs. The cooker is right next to the bedroom door this is unsafe if there was a fire. The water pressure is very low so it takes a long time to fill up. The shower either goes very hot or absolutely freezing. Tv turns off when it feels like it. The shower is loose. There only 1 saucepan in the kitchen There no private beach attached to the property.

I was only in contact via e-mail with the host. But I have got responses of my messages very quick!

Great location for bus services & town centre. Property looked run down from outside & entrance; but the actual apartment was terrific.

Phoned company a number of times before holiday with regards to some queries regarding the property. Left messages but no one ever returned our calls. Then sent e-mail via Booking.com but queries NOT answered. Became concerned that this letting was a scam & had to call Booking.com from location upon arrival to sort key collection out.

It was in a great location. It was nice and clean and tidy.
