Bernia Apartment

Kurze Wege zu Fuß zum Einkaufen und zum Strand. Gute Ausgangslage, um mit dem Auto die nähere Umgebung zu Erkunden. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Übergabe der Wohnung hat reibungslos geklappt.

Direkt vor dem Haus fährt zwei mal in der Stunde von morgens 6 Uhr bis abends 23 Uhr ein sehr lauter Zug. Dies war eine enorme Lärmbelastung. Die Vibration spürt man bis ins Bett. Bis abends sehr spät wird in den Nachbarwohnungen laute Musik gespielt und schon morgens dringt Kanabisgeruch durch die geöffneten Fenster. Das Mobiliar ist geflickt (Sofatisch) und das Geschirr angeschlagen. Aufgrund meine gehbehinderte Mutter hatten wir extra eine Unterkunft mit Aufzug gewählt. Dieser funktionierte nicht. Meine Mutter musste sich die Treppen hochquälen und auch unser Gepäck und Einkäufe mussten wir hochschleppen.

Sehr geräumige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Der Duschkopf war verstopft, sodass nur wenig Wasser herauskam.

Nos encantó. Está precioso. El piso perfecto, super cómodo. Fuimos en familia y lo vimos genial.

La lavadora de ropa estaba con defecto.

Perfect size & location. We’re a family of 2 adults & 2 teens (16, 17) & plenty of space to spread out. Gorgeous little balcony to relax on at any time of day or evening. Beautiful views from the balcony. Entrance is off a bustling street with shops & cafes. Supermarket 2 minute walk. Close by the old town. 5 minutes stroll to the beautiful seafront. 10 minutes walk to the airport bus stop (Alicante).

El alojamiento está bien ubicado en segunda línea de playa. Cerca del paso, restaurantes y comercios.

Las vías del tren pasan justo por la terraza y una de las habitaciones. Hace bastante ruido y pasa incluso por las noches. Para personas que les cuesta dormir con ruido es complicado. Las habitaciones que dan al interior durante el día también tienen el ruido de los pájaros de un vecino.

Fue maravilloso/importante que tuviera aire acondicionado,la ubicación también es un punto clave en la estancia ya que tiene un parking cerca,la playa a una calle y el centro histórico,también me gustó que tiene 3 habitaciones amplias ,y aunque no íbamos con bebés/niños el apartamento tenía cosas para ellos...una trona por ejemplo...

Lo único la alcachofa de la ducha que estaba regular y era incómodo ducharse,la puerta del microondas que tenía roto el agarre para abrirla,y que cuando abrías el congelador y le volvías a cerrar tenías que esperar un ratín para volver a abrir porque no te dejaba(supongo que eso pasa en varios congeladores...)

lovely apartment we enjoyed our long stay

nothing at all. Some people in other comments have complained about the noise of the train but it didn't bother us at all

Train line outside the balcony running every 10 minutes from 5.30am-11pm so could not sit out on the balcony. Clothing in the washing machine(not mine) light bulbs missing. Entrance to apartment had a nasty smell. Photos had been taken very cleverly. We had booked for 7 days and stayed only for 3. I contacted the owner who agreed with my complaints.
