Dirty, no reception, we came 9 in evening and were locked out side and no one there.... they are not paying back the money from deposit that is around 300 euros! Now they stop responding to messages.... just complete dirtbags

The location of this apartment is fantastic for getting around everywhere. The running of the complex is great, very clean, the cafe bistro downstairs is lovely for food and cocktails. As you pay for your sun loungers there was no rush and the attendant was very attentive to make sure you where organised.

Only problem we had was communication with the owner...none! Or very little and very late to reply. We put down our time of arrival which was late at night and supposingly someone was meeting us there. We arrived waited for ages then we spoke to security who told us no we didn't have a booking which caused major anxiety to us. I phoned the number listed under the booking and was told by a gentleman a flat number and key safe number. How where we supposed to get into the actual block??? My husband was very very anxious by this time but the security reluctantly let us in and escorted us to the flat which yes we did the key safe and entered. This could all have been avoided if was preplanned and we knew what was happening. The flat is very functional and all you need is there. There is 2 locked safes in the cupboard which we thought maybe we could use for our documents so I contacted the owner for instructions and 7 days later I am still waiting for a reply!!!. I even phoned again but it rang out. This lack of organisation and no communication did let down this down which is a shame.

Central location

Didn't like the charge for sun loungers Room overlooked main rd and was very noisy through late evening/early hrs of morning

The location was very good and central. A bit noisy. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Great access to the beaches and shopping.

The experience started badly when we found no balcony and no sea view as advertised in the announcement. It got worse when I called and got no response for my complaint. After a few days, I wrote on Whatsapp and on Booking to ask for a response. I still don’t have a response. There was no book to describe facilities or how to use. A number of things did not work, eg the hallway light. The washing machine was filthy. The sheets, towels and the apartment all smelled musty. To top it off the lift was broken in the morning when we left, luckily we were able to contact maintenance to help. No one called me to tell me how to lock up, so I just presumed to put the keys back in the lock box. Overall a very bad experience.
