"O locație excelentă pentru un sejur în Ruse!"

Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de zona pietonală, deci are o poziție excelentă. Deși este o zonă centrală, în apartament este liniște și te așteaptă o atmosferă plăcută. În sejurul meu, a fost rece afară (sub zero grade), dar în apartament a fost cald și plăcut. Există și aparate de aer condiționat, câte unul în fiecare dintre cele 3 camere. Deci probabil este plăcut și vara! Parcarea subterană este un bonus pentru cei care călătoresc cu mașina personală. Există lift direct din parcare. Indicațiile oferite de proprietari pentru check-in, sunt clare și utile. În concluzie, un raport calitate/preț, excelent!

Foarte bine situat, la 4 min de mers pe jos de piața centrală și de zona pietonală. Apartament modern cu 3 camere, nu foarte mari dar satisfăcătoare. Bucatărie complet utilată. Garaj privat la subsol.

Incălzirea nu funcționează corespunzător, dar ne-am descurcat cu aparatele de aer condiționat.
