"A great place to stay and excellent for York"

The location to town was excellent as was the layout and quality of the apartment. It was perfect for 2-3 but I think we would have struggled with 3-4 people, but as a whole it was good enough for us.

Access by car and parking was a challenge, and one of the blinds was broken on arrival, and there was no real welcome pack anyone, even for an extended stay. For the price, it was a little disappointing, but did not affect the overall quality of the stay.

Most of the apartment is good. . Movies on prime are most excellent. Good cleaning. we did use the kitchen . Ice in freezer most excellent.

Sound proofing is not too good. Down stairs neighbours complained at 9 pm. We were done by 10. Anyway. Blind in the bedroom fell off . We were opening Christmas presents with family, that's why we were visiting York. The front door needs maintenance it's off kilter. I'm only picking, but for a short, stay close to town. This is a nice stay. Thanks.

Nice and clean modern warm. Not to far from central York 15 minutes walk. Car park good. Good WiFi.

Steep stairs could be a problem for some. Apartment 4.

Easy access on foot into York only takes 15mins so no need to use the car, very clean apartment with everything we needed. Fantastic weekend.

Although on the outskirts of the City, it was surprisingly quiet. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you need to cook.

The only slight issue was the from door. It would stick at the top when closing the door. May need a slight adjustment to the hinges.
