Attention to the details: for example aroma bags in closet cases, different types of glasses, different sizes of pans etc. There were a lot of simple tricks that made our stay more comfortable like rubber safety for sharp edges of bed railings or glass for toothbrushes. Other things from description of apartment worked as they should.
