De locatie, het uitzicht, de ruimte van het appartement. Het heerlijke grote balkon waar je fijn kon zitten. Twee badkamers. De grote gratis parkeergarage. Prachtig zwembad. Calpe erg leuk. We komen vast terug.

Personeel is alleen via whatsapp te bereiken. Het appartement was nogal lastig te vinden. Uit eindelijk kwam er een jongen die geen woord engels sprak. Op de laatste dag kwamen we erachter dat er wel een koffiemachine in de kast stond... Als je vertrekt naar huis moet je de sleutel in het appartement achter laten en dan kom je dus met je auto de garage niet meer uit. Grote stress om je vlucht te missen, want het personeel reageerde niet. We hadden dus weer helemaal naar boven moeten gaan om de sleutel terug te brengen in het appartement ? Niet handig, gebrekkige miscommunicatie kennelijk.

The spaciousness of interior and balcony

There was a very bad smell in second bedroom which would be therefore unusable for another guest. I had to keep the door closed to stop the smell infiltrating into the rest of the apartment, I could not work out what the smell was. It was not drains, a decaying object, but was a pungeant onion type of smell but not onions. The gas cooker knobs were difficult to operate as they did not stay alight once lit. Then other times they did.. The key collection was terrible because I was given a number to call and rang from the airport, but the lady Nasly only spoke Spanish and no English so it was impossible to find out how to pick the keys up. When I finally waited outside the block a guy came on a scooter and let me in, but there were no instructions at all on how to work the heating, and cooker . This is not acceptable, especially arriving late at night, There shoukd be a better key collection and the apartment should have appliance instructions. Also there was no extra linen to change sheets. I had to wash and put sheets back on bed. Very unusual.

Good location, lovely terrace

Not particularly clean, disgusting very large stained lampshade over siding table, shower door fell off in small room. The accommodation was described as two double rooms, was one and a single size room with a double bed in it, rendering it impossible to fully open the single wardrobe door and to walk comfortably round the room.

2 sun chairs outside one was broken, did message but no reply.battery candle but no batteries. went to make toast the day we left but toaster not working.

The location was amazing, 11th floor views across the port and beach.
