El apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo como nuevo. No le faltaba ningún detalle, tenía de todo. Casi en primera línea de playa. Arriba tiene una terraza muy acogedora y grande.La salida era a las 11h y Klaudia nos dejó salir después de comer (no tenía reserva el día de nuestra salida) eso se agradece mucho.

Location was perfect. Security of the property was ultra, even the postman couldn't get in to make deliveries. The Pool and play areas were very nice. Spacious accommodation with two bathrooms and a roof area. A/C in all areas. Dedicated parking spot in basement.

The host sent the cleaner to deliver the key. She couldn't speak English and we can't speak Spanish. She turned up half an hour late, baring in mind that we travelled from 3am and they refused an early arrival time and stuck with the 15:00 set time. She wasn't able to give us any information about the apartment or where the pool was. There was no printed information sheet. Found the bed to have no mattress protector with stained mattress, the bedsheets were two singles, and had 'bobbles', Very poor quality. Blankets were found in the living area, doubled up as furniture throws. Facia on the outside had fallen off and was on the floor of the balcony. The shower is not fitted correctly causing the bathroom to flood that spread to the passageway. Repairman arrived on day 2 and turned down the pressure, which helped a bit, but left a further issue of the pressure switch leaking onto the toilet holder for the rest of the stay. Reported it straight away but repair man didn't return. Had to listen to a constant drip and had to put a bucket on the floor to stop flooding the apartment. Was not contacted at the end to arrange handback. She messaged us after checkout time, by then we had already left. There is only one lift that serves the 7-levels. Luckily, it worked for our 3-night stay.

El apartamento está equipado en detalle con todo lo qe se necesita y muy limpio. Perfecta ubicación al lado de la playa en una zona muy buena. El personal qe nos atendió fue muy amable. Le pongo un 10 porque no me dejan ponerle 20. Repetiremos sin duda alguna.
