"Excellent"

Location was good, sea 5 min, we felt safe because of locked gates, pool area was good, good restaurants were close. Host are really nice and helpfull.

The second bathroom was dirty, dirty sink and mirror. There are reconstructions going near apartments, so from the morning till evening there are loud sounds and dusts flying around.

"Het was prachtig en ik denk om nog eens terug te gaan."

Appartement ligt op een TOP ligging. Kort bij centrum en mooi uitzicht. Appartement voorzien van ales wat men nodig heeft. Vanop terras mooi zicht op zwembad en omgeving, alsook op de Ifach rots.

Momenteel is Calpe 1 grote werfzone. Op meer dan 20 plaatsen zijn er nieuwe appartementsblokken in aanbouw. Alsook net naast onze accomodatie wat enig stof en lawaai met zich leebracht. Maar alle begrip hiervoor, er moet ook gewerkt worden. De uren van de werkzaamheden vallen dan ook nog goed mee.

"Un apartamento excelente, para disfrutar de Calpe"

Un apartamento perfecto, con garaje, con todos los electrodomésticos y todo lo necesario para pasar allí unas excelentes vacaciones. Y JUAN siempre pendiente y disponible por si había cualquier cosa.

Nada negativo que destacar. Lo único que podría ser un poco mejor, y ya es cuestión de gustos, es que estuviera un poco más cerca del centro

"Apartment is close to the beach and town"

The apartment was close to the beach and walking distance to the town. Nice swimming pool and lounging area

The underground car park is very tight and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a car over a medium size as there are too many pillars to negotiate your allocated parking space. There is a new apartment being built next door which is noisy. Hopefully, it should be finished by next summer.
