host not responsive and when they answer, the answer has no value or use wifi did not work all requests were not met

Great location just in the city centre, 3 min from a bus stop. Many restaurants nearby. Great room, spacious and super clean with very comfortable bed.

The apartment itself is very nice. The two bedrooms are nice and comfortable, and with storage and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom looks very new, and apart from the poorly designed black toilet, we enjoyed it. Kitchen has all the bare necessities, and there's enough space to cook something simple. Great balcony, which is facing the street - so it's a bit noisy, but not too bad. Easy walk to and from restaurants, buses and bars.

The communication with the hosts was not the easiest. The first e-mails we received were very long and it wasn't clear what part of the e-mail was general information, and what part was important (such as code to the keybox). With every question asked, the e-mail just kept getting longer and longer, and that didn't help. The biggest annoyance, however, was that we have booked a parking space in the building, and informed the hosts beforehand that we were arriving in an SUV. They apparently checked that it would be OK, but apparently not thoroughly enough. After having made it to the car elevator, that took you down to the garage, we got stuck because the car was too big. It would have been easier if they would have considered criteria beforehand, and been able to communicate it clearly. We missed a half day's skiing because of the mess with the parking garage.
