Unique Alpic style apartment in the heart of Davos

Für unsere Reise wie wir sie geplant haben leider der falsche Ort und im zweiten Stock auch nicht optimal für uns .Es war mitten in der Stadt deshalb auch sehr laut aber natürlich sehr zentral.Es kommt halt darauf an was man machen möchte ,eben für uns nicht ideal. Und wir waren 4 Personen mit sehr viel Gepäck ,da ist es fast zu klein . Garage leider nur mit normalem Auto befahrbar ,VW Bus zu hoch.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, only a few minutes from Davos platz train station and very close to restaurants and a supermarket.

Great location for skiing in Davos - easy walk to Jakobshorn gondola. Two blocks from train station, new, clean, parking, ski room, grocery store across the street.

Had a great time! Lots of room for a one bedroom apartment.

The apartment was clean and warm. Also the place is very central and a short walk to the Gondola Lift going to Jakobshorn.

After our stay it was not clear to us where we can dispose our garbage. A short call to the apartment administrator was enough to give us the needed information. This detail should be readily available in the beginning. Just a small detail much appreciated.

Location, apartament in general close to the photo descriptions

Sleeping on the extensible couch wasn't as pleasant. More towels would have helped for a 4 day stay. The general facilities of the building are a bit old (sauna and pool). Didn't use them due to time constraints.

The apartments have high quality finishes and materials. It was clean and quiet. The apartment has everything except a microwave and a dishwasher. There is underground parking for free.

The apartments are made with high quality, but there is no feeling of comfort there. Also the apartments seemed very small and smaller than the description of 55 square meters. I think there is no more than 35 square meters. View from the window to another house, there was a mess on the balcony and this worsens the view from the window. The building has a swimming pool, but there is no desire to swim in it, it really does not look attractive. These apartments are only for stays of 1-2 days at most.

Location for the Jakobshorn ski lift was outstanding and within easy walk of two rental shops as well.

The assistant at the property only spoke German, which was an issue. We struggled through but never felt 100% clear on how to get in when we arrived.
