Parveke oli tuulisina päivinä todella tuulinen, vaikkakin parveke oli muuten iso ja viihtyisä.

View would have been good if the windows were cleaned After complaining to the agent she brought us wine glasses, helped my husband fix the shower and brought a new corkscrew, washing up brush, fish slice and toilet brushes. She told us the cleaners don’t have enough time to do a thorough job. I cleaned the fridge myself as it was unusable, and as much of the windows as I could. However, this isn’t the way to start a holiday and certainly not at this price!

Both toilet brushes were brown, full of dried excrement and standing in a filthy brown liquid. The fridge stank. The washing up brush was filthy. The shower head was full of cal and not fixed to the wall properly, so sprayed the room madly. All the windows and glass panels were filthy. No toiletries or cleaning material provided. No plugs for the sinks or bidets. Broken patio furniture. No wineglasses, just 3 mismatched cheap glasses. The corkscrew was broken One of the kitchen tools was covered in dried food. The pillows were a disgrace. The clock needed new batteries. The curtains weren’t big enough and didn’t block out the light at night anyway. This is clearly an apartment unloved by the owner who has handed it to an agent without further thought or input. Sadly I can only add 4 photos

de netheid van het appartement ,de eigen beschermde parkeerplaats en de top lokatie. ook was het contact met maria jose top reageerde snel en duidelijk op de vragen via whats app zodra wij weer deze richting opgaan zullen wij zeker voor dit appartement gaan.

Das Appartement liegt in der 8. Etage des Infiniti Towers 1. Man hat eine grandiosen Meerblick, direkt an einem der großen Sandstrände von Calpe. Das Appartement an sich hätten wir uns anhand der Fotos größer vorgestellt. Die Terrasse ist jedoch im Verhältnis zur Wohnung riesig. Ausgestattet mit einem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, einem Couchtisch mit zwei Sesseln und einer 2.er Sitzbank mit Sitzauflagen. Zudem gab es noch zwei Sonnenliegen, jedoch ohne Auflagen. Die Terrasse hat eine Brüstung aus Glas, die jedoch den starken Wind nicht genügend abhält. Ein Windschutz aus Glas, wie es in anderen Appartements zu sehen war, würde das Ganze aufwerten. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Das eine hat ein schmales Doppelbett, das andere zwei schmale Einzelbetten. Alle Betten waren nicht bezogen und wir mussten sie selbst beziehen, was im ersten Moment nicht einfach war, da wir es in Deutschland anders gewohnt sind. Zudem waren die Betten nicht komfortabel. Ein angenehmes Schlafen war nicht möglich. Die Betten sind durchgelegen und müssten erneuert werden. Die Kopfkissen (80x40 cm) sind gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sollte bei Gelegenheit auch erneuert werden, da nicht nur optisch durchgelegen. Die angeführten Kritikpunkte sollen nicht davon abhalten das Appartement zu buchen. Es liegt wunderbar und hat mit zwei Bädern, einer gut eingerichteten Küche, was man braucht. Zudem ist die Organisation und Betreuung von der Buchung bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes perfekt gewesen. Der Vermieter sollte jedoch in die Wohnung nochmals investieren , damit das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.
