"Cozy apartment, great location at a reasonable price."

Great little apartment for family of four. Fully equipped kitchen (except no dishwasher or microwave). Very comfortable beds and furniture. Super location. Great value for the price.

The sign on the back door said it would be locked after 8:00 pm but each day it was locked around 3:00 pm so we had to walk around to the front door. Not a huge deal but it was very icy out and I’m on a cane so having to walk back up the very slippery driveway and around to the front door was not appreciated.

"Good"

We rented the apartment for our stay during the "Spengler Cup". It was perfectly located 10-15 min walk to the ice hockey stadium. A small kitchen and all the needed facilities. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenies. I would rent it again.

Cosy, clean appartment with a nice view. Great location; Parsenn lift was 10 minutes on foot, a lot of supermarkts near it. With transport everything was within 10 minutes accessible.

Functional, compact but great value for money. Two additional pullout beds in the living room can help house/sleep a family of 4. Close to bus stop. Apartment is two stops from Davos dorf train station and one bus stop from Parsennbahn. Jasmin, the contact person, lives in the same building and was very gracious and helpful with all our initial questions. The fondue set was great to have.

The oven was not working. I do not think the owner was aware of this. We informed Jasmin, but at the time there was really nothing she could have done to get it fixed for us. It would have been nice to have been able to use the oven, but we could get by without it. The fondue set was definitely a hit. Hopefully the oven will be fixed soon for the next visitors.
