"Tired apartment needs maintenance"

good location

clean apartment but very tired. Poor facilities. balcony doors didn’t lock. host was aware but hadn’t repaired. beds and bedding very poor. electrics kept tripping had to reset multiple times daily. no checkout instructions provided. damp in wardrobe. bucket on balcony for outlet on aircon. we were not aware this needed emptying resulted in it overflowing onto balcony which was very slippy and dangerous.
